Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and passionate Car Sales Manager to join our Dutton One retail site in Port Melbourne, VIC. This role presents an exciting and rare opportunity!
n You will have access to an exceptional inventory and become an integral part of one of the most rapidly expanding automotive retail dealer groups in the country.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for adhering to a structured sales process, delivering service that surpasses customer expectations, and embracing a contemporary approach to the industry.

Qualifications
n




To be successful in this role you must have:
n
n
Previous general, second hand or prestige automotive sales experience. An array of product knowledge across the second hand car sector.
n
The drive and hunger to achieve aggressive sales targets via various avenues including canvasing for new clients and expanding existing client vehicle portfolio
n
A proven strong sales track record, meeting and exceeding conversion and sales targets
n
An ability to handle customer concerns whilst maintaining an unwavering commitment to business policies
n
A customer focused attitude, coupled with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships;
n
Robust negotiation and influencing skills
n
The ability to be self-motivated and target driven
n
A commitment to total customer satisfaction;
n
Impeccable and skilled presentation in order to represent the brand
