We have exciting career opportunities available as part of our cheese-making and dispatch team based in Milawa Gourmet Region, Vic. Here you won't just be a 'cog in the wheel'; you will be the conduit of excellence for our award-willing cheeses from the cheese-making to the customer.

We're looking for people with a love of good food and a can-do attitude who like to have fun and will enjoy putting a 'Cheesy grin' on our customers' faces every day.

About the role
n
You will be responsible for handling, wrapping, packing, and shipping our high-quality handmade cheeses, playing an essential role in ensuring that our cheese reaches our customers in perfect condition and on time.
n
You will work with a team of dedicated and fun-loving cheese makers to ensure that our cheeses are of the highest quality and meet the needs of our customers.
n
To ensure that our production processes are running smoothly,



you will be working closely with our Operations Manager and/or Head Cheesemaker. This includes liaising with them regularly to ensure that production capability and quality assurance are in place.

Commitment to delivering exceptional food quality every time with strong attention to detail.
n
Great team player - good communicator, high reliability and well-organised.
n
Project management skills in ensuring all orders are processed to meet all deadlines, quality, availability and required standards.
n
Can-do attitude, with a hunger to learn about the cheese-making process and passion for your work and respect for teammates.
n
Knowledge of the artisan cheese-making process is welcome but not compulsory – here, you'll learn from the best!
