This role involves working on a new AI framework designed for stringent control and compliance in highly regulated sectors such as financial services and healthcare. The framework is a critical component of a broader high-assurance program aimed at ensuring the safety of AI systems where accuracy, explainability, and accountability are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain essential components of the AI framework using idiomatic Rust.
n
Create secure execution environments and multi-model validation pipelines to prevent data leakage and ensure compliance with policies.
n
Utilize large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and coding assistants extensively to write, test, and refactor code.

Architect systems that safely integrate with foundational models, ensuring adherence to strict compliance and governance requirements.

Review AI-generated code for security, performance, and correctness, while optimizing CI/CD processes for AI-assisted workflows.

Translate compliance protocols into production-ready software.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Rust programming, with strong systems programming and secure coding practices.

High proficiency in using LLMs and AI agents for development, such as Cursor and Copilot.

Familiarity with the challenges of enterprise AI deployment, including security, regulatory risks, and auditability.

Robust debugging skills, focusing on optimizing for latency, safety, and scalability.
