The Role
n
n
Review complex KYC, CDD and remediation activities completed by analysts
n
Assess alerts and escalations, providing clear risk-based recommendations
n
Coach and guide analysts through constructive feedback and technical support
n
Maintain and update CDD procedures, checklists, controls and process documentation
n
Support the rollout of new AML, KYC and operational initiatives across the team
n
Partner with Financial Crimes Compliance, Client Operations and other key stakeholders
n
Contribute to audits, controls testing, reporting and regulatory review activities
n
Translate regulatory and policy changes into practical BAU processes
n
n
About You
n
n
Bring a minimum of 2 years of experience across KYC, CDD, AML or financial crime operations




n
Demonstrate solid knowledge of Australian AML/CTF requirements and customer due diligence obligations
n
Show experience reviewing complex cases, handling escalations and providing feedback to analysts
n
Communicate confidently with stakeholders and apply sound judgement to risk-based decisions
n
n
Highly regarded (but not essential)
n
n
Bring experience from a major bank, financial institution or complex remediation environment
n
Demonstrate experience writing or updating policies, procedures, controls or operational guidance
n
n
