About the Role

Contrast Electrics is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Electrician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong industrial experience who can work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Installation work new builds green field and brown field sites.
n
LAHA work available.
n
Install, maintain, and fault-find three-phase motor control systems
n
Perform PLC wiring, panel terminations, and electrical diagnostics
n
Install and service VSDs, instrumentation, and automation equipment
n




Interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
n
Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance
n
Work safely and efficiently to Australian Standards
n
Communicate clearly with supervisors, clients, and team members
n
Participate in overtime and call-out roster if required
n
n
About You
n
n
A-Grade Electrical Licence (Australia)
n
Minimum 3 years post-trade industrial experience
n
Strong skills in three-phase motor control, PLC wiring, and fault finding
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
Ability to work independently when required
n
Must be proficient in installation of cable tray, motor and instrument wiring.
n
Must be capable of high quality work.
n
Valid driver's licence
n
Eligibility to work in Australia (citizen, PR, or valid work visa)
n

LV Rescue & CPR certification
