About the Role
Full time position from Monday to Friday
Friendly customer service to everyone – whether in person, on the phone or over email
Managing the front desk, answering calls and managing emails
Be a leader to staff, helping them to grow
Welcoming visitors, volunteers, contractors to the home
Assisting with ordering supplies and staff uniforms
Keeping on top of paperwork – record keeping, filing etc
Showing off our home to future residents and their families
Supporting the office manager and residential aged care manager in their daily tasks
You'll also have:
A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
A proactive attitude and ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Solid computer and data skills
Previous experience in areception/administrationposition (highly regarded)
