High autonomy – manage your own schedule, clients and workflow

What you'll be doing – Design‐led client consulting
n
n
Managing a steady flow of warm project enquiries through our CRM
n
Attending pre‐qualified on‐site consultations
n
Assessing spaces, site conditions and architectural context to determine optimal Vergola integration
n
Exploring design options, finishes and structural interfaces with existing or proposed works
n
Helping clients visualise how a Vergola will extend and enhance their living and entertaining areas
n
Preparing concept layouts and tailored Vergola solutions in line with design, structural and compliance requirements
n
Presenting proposals, clearly explaining design rationale and key product benefits (operation, light, shade, ventilation, weather protection)
n
Liaising with our
project/installation
team to ensure a seamless handover from design to delivery
n
Maintaining accurate notes and updates in the CRM so every opportunity is professionally progressed
n

What you bring
n




At least 2 years' experience in a design‐related or consultative role, ideally in:
n
n
Practical understanding of residential building and detailing – essential for integrating Vergola into new and existing structures
n
A consultative, solution‐focused approach – you listen, interpret the space and propose the right Vergola outcomeAbility to translate technical information into clear, client‐friendly explanations
n
Solid organisation and follow‐through – confident juggling multiple site visits, concepts, quotes and stakeholders
n
Comfortable using CRM and digital tools to manage your design pipeline
n
Self‐motivated, professional and confident operating as an independent consultant
n
Reliable, presentable vehicle and a current Australian driver's licence
n
Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
