Job Description
Avamere Rehab of Clackamas is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide basic nursing care under RN supervision at our facility in Clackamas, OR.
The position supports both part time and full-time schedules, including Saturday day/evening shifts and additional NOC August/September coverage.
Responsibilities include vital signs, medication administration, wound care, hygiene and mobility assistance, and care documentation.
Experience in long-term care and EMR usage is preferred.
