About the Role
Working within the Corporate Division, you will be responsible for thehands-on day-to-day corporate secretarial workfor a portfolio of clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing day-to-day corporate secretarial requirements for clients
Client onboarding
Know Your Client (KYC) requirements
Verification of Identity (VOI)
AUSTRAC AML/CTF Customer Due Diligence
Maintaining corporate registers and records
Preparing and managing relevant corporate documentation
Working closely with clients and the internal team to ensure everything is completed accurately and efficiently
About You
We are looking for someone with10+ years' experience working as a Company/Corporate Secretary, ideally within a reputable accounting or professional services firm.
You will be someone who:
Has solid technical corporate secretarial knowledge
Is confident working independently and taking ownership of your work
Has excellent attention to detail
Is comfortable dealing with professional and high-net-worth clients
Understands KYC, VOI, AUSTRAC and AML/CTF requirements
Has experience usingBGL CAS 360
Has experience withMYOB Accountants Enterprise
Is professional, personable and genuinely enjoys providing a high level of service
