Redcape Hospitality is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Shamrock Hotel Motel in Mackay.
You'll oversee the operation across everyday dining, functions and conferences with a hands-on team, delivering high-quality menus and robust kitchen performance.
You'll have autonomy to lead, supported by Redcape's leadership, and you'll help shape the venue's food program while collaborating with events and F&B; teams in a coastal Mackay lifestyle setting.
