BTP is searching for a commercially sharp Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Parts, Service and Equipment Rental divisions throughout Western Australia.
This is not a desk job.
This is a frontline growth role for someone who thrives in the market, enjoys the chase and knows how to convert pipeline into profit.
You'll be trusted to identify new opportunities, engage decision-makers, build strategic relationships and deliver commercial outcomes that move the needle.

Prospecting, networking and securing new customers

Forecasting pipeline activity and reporting results
Spending time where it matters most, in front of customers
About You

Proven success in business development, sales or account management
Experience in mining, heavy equipment, industrial or related sectors
Strong WA market knowledge and industry networks
