Ive a new prospect for a Salesforce Developer for a 6 month FTC (fixed-term-contract) for a big data & AI advisory business.
Theres a high chance this could go permanent around month 4-5.
Solid leadership team.
Real scope to influence how the platform evolves.
The Salesforce team are strong here and theres a good chance of being mentored.
This business are in the middle of a serious internal Salesforce build.
They've adopted the platform as its customer platform to rationalise and strengthen various customer interaction flows, from selling products, onboarding and SSO to communication and usage reporting.
This isn't a ticket-closing role.
You'll be sitting in solution design sessions with architects and tech leads,



driving the dev and config work, and helping bring the rest of the business along for the ride.
Responsibilities
Building highly customised Salesforce solutions from scratch
Apex, LWC, Visualforce — real code, not just clicks
REST/SOAP integrations with external systems
Data models, process flows, mock-ups SIT & UAT coordination
Troubleshooting prod issues Source control (Git) — yes, they do it properly
Level-2 support and helping educate business users
Sydney · In office 3 days a week (Redfern area)
