Job Description
70% of billings & $100,000 bonus after 12 months
At The Family Practice Medical Centres, we know that behind every great GP registrar is an exceptional supervisor.
We're seeking VR GPs with Specialist Registration (FRACGP/FACRRM) who are ready to take on a clinical supervision, mentoring and teaching role in one of our energetic, multi-clinic general practice environments.
Whether you're looking to supplement your clinical sessions, share your knowledge or contribute to the profession in a meaningful way, this is your opportunity to help shape the future of Australian general practice.

Directly supervise GP registrars under the Fellowship Support Program or other RACGP training pathways
Deliver meaningful clinical feedback and coaching in a real-world setting
Participate in structured assessments, reflective practice, and registrar development
Integrated With Your Clinical Role
Combine supervision with your own patient load
Flexible schedules – build mentorship into your day
Supported by our on-site Practice Managers and FPMC's centralised operations team

Diverse practice models across urban, regional, and coastal locations
Full RN and admin support in every clinic to free up your time
High billing percentages + hourly guarantee still apply—mentorship is an enhancement, not a trade-off
In-house media and marketing support to profile your supervisory work and attract the right learners
Who We're Looking For
GP who has held their Specialist Registration with AHPRA for a minimum of 2 years (FRACGP or FACRRM)
Interest in teaching and mentoring GP registrars
Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster clinical growth
Willingness to complete RACGP/ACRRM supervisor accreditation (if not yet obtained)
A commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care
