You'll lead campaign briefs, track performance, and report insights while optimizing engagement through segmentation and A/B testing.
You'll also support loyalty program operations and educate internal teams, using data to reduce churn and grow customer lifetime value.
A robust analytical mindset and stakeholder skills are essential.
