Business Development Manager (BDM) – ANZ

Our client is a fast-growing global e-learning SaaS company transforming the way organisations upskill their teams, increasing engagement across disparate teams and making the learning process fun.
As they expand in ANZ, we're looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new business, build relationships, and establish their presence in the ANZ region.
What You'll Do
Identify, target, and close new business opportunities across ANZ.
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive adoption of the company's platform.
Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to negotiation and close.
Build strong relationships with HR, L&D;, IT, Boards and C-suite decision-makers.
Collaborate with Customer Success to create a seamless sales process.
Use data-driven insights to optimize pipeline management and forecasting.
3+ years in B2B transactional SaaS sales - 1-3 month sales cycles with deal size from $10,000 to $100,000
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and winning new business.
Experience selling to commercial / mid-market and enterprise clients - must be used to transactional SaaS deals.
A consultative, relationship-driven approach to sales.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
