Job Description
Kanda Foundation Limited in Campbelltown, NSW, seeks a mission-driven role to support children, young people and families facing complex challenges.
The role involves trauma-informed mentoring, collaborating with families, and coordinating care across multiple Southwest Sydney locations.
You will travel between Campbelltown, Ingleburn, Liverpool, Bankstown and Camden, holding protected spaces and maintaining detailed records to ensure continuity of care and strong partnerships with agencies.
