Job Description
GLH Recruitment is seeking a Dementia Manager – Memory Support Cottage in Canberra, ACT.
This full-time, in office leadership role requires a Registered Nurse with dementia care experience to lead a multidisciplinary team in a premium aged care community.
You will deliver person-centred dementia care, drive quality improvement, mentor staff, manage care planning, and collaborate with residents' families.
