Job Description
Wesfarmers Health in Melbourne is seeking a agile Shift Manager for the Night Shift at our Melbourne Distribution Centre in Dandenong.
The role runs 10pm to 6am and requires leading a team to ensure safe, efficient distribution.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive KPIs, uphold safety standards, manage risk, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable service and continuous improvement for our health, beauty, and wellness operations.
