Job Description
Hervey Bay Nurseries in the Fraser Coast region of Queensland is seeking an experienced Head Grower to lead plant health, quality and productivity across propagation and production environments, underpinning our 2 million plant sales per year.
You will manage a hands‐on team, develop growing strategies to maximise yield and consistency, monitor crop performance, maintain records, and drive improvements while ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
