The Position:
n As Team Leader – Family Services, you will lead and support a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, child-centred and family-focused services. You will provide practice leadership, supervision and coaching, while ensuring positive outcomes for children, young people and families.
n
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:
n
n
A relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Early Childhood Specialist and/or a related behavioural science discipline, together with substantial relevant experience.
n
Significant experience in Family Services, Child Protection or a similar sector.
n




Solid knowledge of relevant legislation, MARAM, Information Sharing Schemes and trauma-informed practice.
n
Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement and team development skills.
n
n

n The successful applicant must hold a current Working with Children Check and be willing to undertake a National Criminal History Check prior to commencement.
