What You'll Be Doing
n
You'll play a critical role across strategic technology initiatives, including:
n

Providing technical leadership across major transformation programs
n




Leading solution design for complex enterprise initiatives
n
Translating architectural strategy into practical engineering outcomes
n
Reviewing and governing technical designs, ensuring quality, scalability and security
n
Establishing engineering standards, design patterns and technical best practices
n
Supporting project teams through complex technical decisions and implementation challenges
n
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful delivery
n
Identifying opportunities to modernise platforms, reduce technical debt and improve engineering capability
n

About You
n
You'll bring a strong engineering background combined with the ability to influence technical direction across a complex enterprise environment.
n
We're looking for someone with experience across:

Enterprise Solution Architecture
n
Software Engineering
n
Cloud Platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred)
n
Enterprise Integration and API architecture
n
Event-driven architecture
n
DevOps and modern engineering practices
n
Security-by-design principles
n
Technical governance and architecture reviews
n
Large-scale enterprise transformation programs
n
n
Just as importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys mentoring technical teams, challenging assumptions constructively and translating complex technical concepts into practical business outcomes.
