About the Role
n
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of a $15 million Design & Construct community project.
n
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you will oversee all day-to-day site operations from commencement through to practical completion, ensuring programme, quality and safety objectives are achieved.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Managing all in office construction activities and subcontractors.
n
Coordinating site logistics, programme and sequencing of works.
n
Driving site safety and ensuring compliance with all OH&S; requirements.
n
Maintaining high quality standards throughout construction.
n
Liaising with consultants,



subcontractors and key project stakeholders.
n
Identifying and resolving site issues to keep the project on programme.
n
Leading site meetings and ensuring clear communication across the project team.
n

Job Requirements
n
To be considered for the role, you will ideally have:
n
n
Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects.
n
Previous exposure to Design & Construct projects.
n
Experience delivering projects valued around $10M-30M.
n
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
n
Relevant construction qualifications and current White Card.
n
