6Points on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Building Services / Facility Management Engineer for a six-month engagement to inspect, assess and provide technical assurance for Rail Building Services infrastructure.
The role combines site inspections with desktop engineering review and formal reporting.
You'll inspect recently constructed assets, identify defects, review design and maintenance information, and advise on defect treatment and remediation.
