We're looking for aSenior HRIS Business Analystto support the implementation of newHR, Payroll, Workforce Management and Electronic Timesheetingsolutions across a large and complex workforce.
About the Role
Working closely with HR, Payroll, Technology and operational stakeholders, you'll drive business process improvements, gather and document requirements, and support the successful implementation of new people systems.
This role has a strong focus onWorkforce Management, Electronic Timesheeting, Payroll and Award Interpretation, making previous HRIS transformation experience highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Lead workshopsand gather business requirements across HR, Payroll and operational teams.
Analyse and improveHR, Payroll, Award Interpretation, Rostering, Time & Attendance and Workforce Management processes.
Developprocess maps, functional requirements, user stories and solution documentation.
Supportsolution design, vendor engagement, configuration reviews and system implementation.
Assistwith data migration, system integration, testing (SIT/UAT) and business readiness.
Partnerwith Project Managers, Change Managers and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Supportbusiness readiness, stakeholder engagement and transition to BAU.

About You
You're more than a technical Business Analyst—you understandHR, Payroll and Workforce Management.
You'll have experience delivering HRIS or Payroll transformation projects and working closely with HR leaders, Payroll teams and operational stakeholders.
Experience in the following is highly regarded
HRIS, Payroll or Workforce Management implementations
Award Interpretation, Rostering, Time & Attendance or Electronic Timesheeting
Business process mapping, requirements gathering and solution design
Data migration, system integration, testing (SIT/UAT) and business readiness
Experience with any of the following platforms is advantageous
