CHEP Australia, part of Brambles, is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Wodonga site in VIC.
The role oversees the Afternoon Shift (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm) and leads a safety‐driven, high‐performing team on site.
You will mentor staff, drive safety, quality and productivity improvements, and coordinate planning and resourcing to achieve production goals while maintaining cost discipline.
A Certificate IV or equivalent is required; manufacturing experience and robust people leadership are essential.
