One Property Australia is looking for an organised and proactiveProject Coordinatorto manage residential property projects from construction through to final handover.
This role is the key link betweenour team, builders and other stakeholders, making sure projects stay on track, issues are followed up and payments due to the business are monitored.
About the role
As our Project Coordinator, you will oversee and coordinate properties throughout the entire build journey.
You will maintain regular communication with builders, monitor construction progress, manage documentation and milestones, identify delays or issues, and coordinate the final handover process.
You will also work closely with our internal accounts and management teams to track commissions and other payments due from builders, ensuring payment milestones are monitored and outstanding amounts are promptly followed up.
You will be responsible for keeping projects organised, stakeholders informed and ensuring outstanding matters are followed through to completion.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate residential property projects from the commencement of construction through to completion and handover
Act as a key point of contact between One Property Australia and builders throughout the construction process
Maintain regular communication with builders regarding construction progress, expected completion dates and outstanding requirements
Monitor construction stages, milestones and anticipated handover dates
Obtain and review progress updates, photographs and relevant construction documentation
Maintain accurate project records and update internal systems with current project information
Identify construction delays,



outstanding items or potential issues and proactively follow these up with the builder
Keep the internal team informed of project progress and any matters requiring attention
Coordinate practical completion and property handovers
Liaise with builders regarding defects and outstanding items identified during the handover process
Commission & Payment Monitoring
Monitor commission payments and other amounts payable by builders to One Property Australia
Track commission entitlements against relevant construction stages and payment milestones
Maintain accurate records of amounts due, invoiced, received and outstanding
Liaise with builders and their accounts teams regarding expected payment dates
Proactively follow up overdue or outstanding builder payments and commissions
Reconcile payments received against individual properties and projects
Identify discrepancies between expected and received payments and arrange follow-up
Provide management with regular updates on outstanding commissions and builder payments
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Confident communicating with builders and accounts teams.
Comfortable managing multiple properties at different stages.
Proactive and comfortablechasing updates and outstanding items.
Good with spreadsheets, CRM systems and general administration.
Able to monitor payments and identify discrepancies.
A explicit and professional communicator.
Experience inproperty, residential construction, project coordination, building administration or accounts administrationwould be highly regarded.
