About the role
A rare opportunity is available for a qualified and experienced professional to join our Health and Building Team which oversees health inspections, environmental health complaints, pest control, licensed premises and fire safety.
In this role, you'll coordinate the day-to-day operations of an area-based multidisciplinary team, provide leadership, technical support and quality assurance to ensure our health and building responsibilities are delivered consistently, efficiently and in accordance with legislative requirements.
We're looking for someone with:
tertiary qualification in a building or environmental health discipline
demonstrated experience in a senior role within a health or building regulatory andcompliance environment.
This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.
The recommended applicant must complete a pre-employment health declaration and criminal history check.
