This isn't a traditional accounting role.
Nor is it a Business Analyst position.
This is financial consulting in its truest sense.
You'llcombine your aged care technical financial expertise with trusted client advice, helping aged care providers solve complex challenges.
To do this you will be working alongside a highly respected team of Stewart Brown Partners, Directors and a diverse professional team.
The prospect
Work will be across Residential Aged Care, Retirement Living, Support at Home and with purpose-led organisations.
You'll partner directly with Stewart Brown clients to interpret financial performance, navigate reform, build practical solutions and strengthen organisational capability.
One day you will be presenting to a Board.
The next, reviewing forecasting models, mentoring junior consultants or supporting a provider through significant operational change.
No two weeks are the same.
You'll also be part of a collaborative team where everyone contributes.
Titles don't define contribution here.

You'll bring
CA or CPA qualificationswithsignificant aged care finance experience
Strongknowledge of AN-ACC, Care Minutes, forecasting, prudential requirements and aged care reform
Outstandingfinancial accounting, modelling and advisory capability
The confidence to build trusted relationships with CEOs, CFOs, Executive teams and Boards
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), high professional standards, commercial judgement and professional gravitas
Real pride in thedetail and quality of your work, every day
A collaborative, hands-on approach with the curiosity to keep learning and the humility tocontribute wherever needed.
