The Role
As our Events Coordinator, you'll work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure every detail is covered — from initial inquiry to the final toast.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage private and corporate events across multiple venues
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored event solutions




Work with venue managers and kitchen/bar teams to ensure flawless execution
Manage event timelines, bookings, budgets, and vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hospitality standards
Provide on-site support during events to guarantee guest satisfaction

Proven experience in event planning or hospitality coordination
