Collision Care Group is seeking an Assistant Manager / Estimator to join our growing workshop team in Victoria.
You will work closely with the Shop Manager to balance estimating, customer service and workshop operations, while delivering an exceptional experience for customers.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will prepare accurate repair estimates, liaise with insurers and suppliers, and help drive productivity and quality across the repair centre.
