Senior/ Property Manager | No Weekends | Up to $100K package
We're seeking an experienced Senior/Property Manager to join a highly-regarded and well established agency in the City of Merri-bek.
This is an office-based role offering a supportive team environment, structured systems and a quality residential portfolio.
THE ROLE
Manage a portfolio of up to 180 residential properties
Leasing and in-house admin support
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate repairs and maintenance via approved contractors
Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed condition reports
Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
Ensure compliance with Victorian residential tenancy legislation
Utilise systems such as PropertyMe, IRE,



and Inspection Express
ABOUT YOU
Minimum 2+ years' experience in residential property management
Current Agent's Representative Certificate
Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
Confident managing a portfolio end to end
Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
Personal car and drivers license
ON OFFER
Salary - Up to $100,800 package
Monday to Friday - No Weekends
In office carpark
