We are seeking a motivated and customer centric Showroom Consultant tojoin the team at our Bathroom & Kitchen Centre.
In this customer focusedrole, you will assist both trade and retail customers to make everyexperiencememorableand positive as they bring their dream bathrooms and kitchen to life.
Full producttraining will be provided to assist you with providing design advice, assistingcustomers with product selection, sales enquiries and building positiveworkingrelationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
We're seeking adynamic, detail oriented and technically savvy individual with prior sales experience.
Work with customers to design their dreambathrooms & kitchens
Processing customer orders & quotes by phoneand email with exacting accuracy
Following up with builders to convert quotes toorders




Actively promote our products and servicesutilising exceptional product knowledge
Provide outstanding customer experiences usingpositive attitude and language, confidence, and attentiveness to the customer'sneeds
High awareness of site safety and duty of carefor your team, staff and site visitors
Have a commitment to ongoing job security
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Passionate about making a difference, highlypersonable, engaging and supportive
Service excellence in a showroom setting
Exceptional attention to detail coupled withhigh level of accuracy
Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results
Computer literate and ability to learn newsystems quickly
Physically fit with the ability to safely liftloads and manually handle goods
