Oversee clinical education across a portfolio of residential aged care homes throughout Sydney

Reporting Structure: Chief People & Culture → Clinical Education Lead

Lead and deliver clinical training, education programs and competency development across multiple sites

The Chance
n
As the Clinical Education Lead, you'll be responsible for designing, coordinating and delivering engaging clinical education programs that support best practice, compliance and continuous improvement across the organisation.
n




Working closely with operational and clinical leaders, you'll help develop the capability and confidence of nursing teams while promoting a culture of learning, accountability and clinical excellence.

About You
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
Previous experience in a Clinical Education, Clinical Nurse Educator or Learning & Development role within aged care.
n
A passion for coaching, mentoring and developing clinical teams.
n
Strong knowledge of aged care standards, clinical governance and compliance.
n
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
The ability to build strong relationships and influence positive clinical outcomes across multiple sites.
