The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Dozer & Excavator Operator to join our growing team on civil construction projects across the Central Coast and Newcastle regions.
n
This role is ideal for a versatile operator who is confident operating both plant types, experienced with GPS machine control systems, and committed to delivering safe and productive outcomes on site.
n
To be successful in this role, you will have
n
n
Proven experience operating D6-D8 Dozers and 20t-30t Excavators
n
Strong experience using GPS machine control systems on both dozers and excavators
n
Previous civil construction experience (essential)
n
Ability to read and work to plans, levels, and site specifications
n
Current NSW Driver's Licence and reliable transport
n
Ability to conduct routine pre-start and maintenance checks
n
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
n
Relevant tickets, licences, and industry competencies
n
