Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues related to IP/MPLS implementation.

Detailed Job description : -
n
n
3 to 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and resolve complex network issues related to IP/MPLS implementation.
n
Work on EWO & PTW JIRA Tickets and implement solutions as per Helix EO (Engineering Order).
n
n
Lead implementation of current site builds from an IT Network perspective.
n
Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents as per the Scope of Work (SOW).
n
n




Prepare fortnightly, monthly, and weekly reports using JIRA tickets.
n
Develop Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.
n
Commission and decommission network elements, ensuring smooth integration into existing infrastructure.
n
Hands-on knowledge executing Cisco NSO DHCP Migration, DNS IPIC Migration.
n
Analyze complex network problems, perform root cause analysis, and provide resolutions.
n
Implement network changes to minimize outages and optimize performance.
n
Upgrade IOS versions to prevent system vulnerabilities and bugs.
n
Install, configure, and maintain network devices, including routers and switches.
n
Conduct capacity planning and enhance link capacity for critical NOC elements.
n
Ensure all network designs meet quality standards based on process guidelines.
n
Drive best practices aligned with company frameworks and industry standards.
n
Maintain high-quality service delivery to customers and stakeholders.
n
Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to optimize network performance.
