Explorers Early Learning is seeking an Area Manager to lead a portfolio of Melbourne-based centres, driving occupancy, commercial performance and exceptional experiences for children and families. You'll coach Centre Directors, monitor operations and ensure high standards across EYLF and ACECQA guidelines.

You'll visit centres regularly, nurture leadership, manage budgets and recruit leaders to support openings and growth across Melbourne's East, South-East and Mornington Peninsula.
