Food & Beverage All Rounder (Floor & Bar)

WE'RE HIRING FOOD & BEVERAGE ALL ROUNDERS
n
Birdrock Bar & Grill is a coastal dining and cocktail venue, and it's part of a full food and beverage operation that also runs functions, weddings, conferencing, in room dining and daily breakfast service. We are looking for enthusiastic, guest focused all rounders.
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
Welcoming and looking after guests across the restaurant, bar and function spaces
n
Taking food and beverage orders and delivering accurate, timely service
n
Preparing and serving alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, including cocktails
n
Setting up, running and packing down functions, conferences and events
n
Keeping bar, dining and function areas clean, tidy and well stocked
n
Handling cash and processing payments accurately
n
Following all health, safety, food safety and licensing requirements
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, functions or hospitality role
n




Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
n
Ability to work well in a team and use initiative when working solo
n
Good time management and the ability to juggle changing priorities
n
A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
n
Flexibility across day, evening, weekend and function shifts
n
Cocktail experience highly regarded
n
