About the CutlerMerz grad program
Experience at least two and up to four rotations across a number of our Service Lines over 2 years.
Develop both your technical skills and learn the consulting process
Work on real client projects from Day 1.
Report to Service Line Leaders who are true experts in their fields
Be mentored by one of our team for the full 2 year program.
Contribute to research and thought leadership on emerging topics in the sector.
Attend structured training sessions to support your development.




What we are looking for
Exceptional academic achievement in a relevant degree (Engineering, Economics, Maths, Government and Policy)
Demonstrated aptitude for using structured problem solving and analysis.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
A professional and personable approach - a team player.
Client service orientation
Solid verbal, written and presentation skills (qualitative and quantitative data)
A deadline orientation
Demonstrated interest in the Energy sector and emerging trends related to the Energy Transition
