Who are we looking for
n
n
A tertiary qualification inEngineering, Building Services, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
n
Strong technical knowledge of HVACsystems, Capital Works projects.
n
Demonstrated experience overseeing (PPM) programs
n
Strong financial acumen,
includingexperience
with budgeting, forecasting, contract management and
financialreporting.
n
A sound understanding of riskmanagement, statutory compliance and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS)requirements.
n

The Role:
n
We're seeking an experiencedSenior Engineering Manager to lead the strategic and operational management ofcommercial assets.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Manage day-to-day buildingoperations and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) via FRC.
n
Lead FM service delivery across anational portfolio, ensuring compliance and quality.
n
Provide strategic and technicaladvice to optimise asset performance and sustainability.
n
Manage budgets, forecasts, andfinancial reporting.
n
Oversee risk management, WHScompliance,



and contractor engagement.
n
Conduct regular inspections andimplement emergency procedures.
n
Procure and manage goods,services, and contractors in line with Knight Frank policies.
n
