Looking for a high-quality part-time physio role without burnout?

Physio Professionals is seeking an experienced and confident Physiotherapist to join our established private practice team, working ***** hours per week across 3–4 weekdays.
n
This role is ideally structured as two days in Caloundra and two days in Buderim, offering variety, consistency, and a great work–life balance on the Sunshine Coast.
n

About the Role
n
You will work with a loyal and diverse patient base in modern, well-equipped clinics with strong administrative support.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions
n
Developing and delivering tailored, evidence-based treatment plans
n
Hands-on physiotherapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programs
n
Small group rehab or exercise sessions where appropriate
n
Collaborating with experienced clinicians to optimise patient outcomes
n
Maintaining clear, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for a physiotherapist who is confident in private practice and values high standards of care.
n
You will have:
n
n




Current AHPRA registration and full working rights in Australia
n
A Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
n
Solid private practice experience and robust clinical reasoning skills
n
Confidence managing your own caseload
n
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
n
A professional, patient-focused approach to care
n
