The Cram Foundation is seeking a Senior Disability Support Worker – Practice Lead to support our Disability Support Workers across sites in NSW. You will champion our Human Rights Framework and Person-Centred Active Support to ensure the dignity, privacy and rights of participants are at the core of service delivery.

You will mentor teams, coordinate rostering and admin, promote participant independence and engage with families and networks to strengthen outcomes.
