Preferably with Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or other related courses
n
With at least three years of work experience in a financing company or banking industry, two years preferably in a managerial level
n
Has experience in developing and maintaining marketing strategies
n
Must have technical marketing skills, product and industry knowledge
n
Has excellent skills in communication (written and oral), decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution
n
Can build rapport with both internal and external clients
n
Can handle pressure and challenging situations
