The Role
We are seeking a passionate Family Law Associate to join our team in either our Melbourne CBD or Dandenong office. In this role you will manage a diverse caseload of family law matters*, including:
Child custody & parenting arrangements
Child support and binding child support agreements
Spousal maintenance & financial agreements
Property settlements
Family violence intervention orders
*Experience in other areas of law (e.g., wills and estates law, criminal law, commercial law or other area of law) will be advantageous.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
LLB or JD, Victorian PC, admission to the SCV & HCA and completion of supervised practice period
Skills:
Strong drafting, litigation, negotiation, and advocacy abilities
Traits:
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused with excellent communication skills
