Full-time Warehouse Production Assistant - Join the Whif Team in Brendale, Queensland!

As a Warehouse Production Assistant, you'll play a key role across production, warehouse, and dispatch from filling and prepping perfume bottles to picking, packing, and organising customer orders. This is a great opportunity for someone who's reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands‐on work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
n
Manufacturing & Production
n
n
Assist with mixing, filtering, and preparing perfume compounds under instruction
n
Operate filling equipment and fill 2mL, 10mL, and 50mL bottles to batch instructions
n
Insert atomisers, secure lids, and apply labels accurately
n
Conduct quality checks on fill accuracy, label placement, and packaging
n
Clean and sanitise equipment and workstations between batches
n
Handle ethanol and fragrance compounds safely in line with WHS requirements
n

Warehouse & Dispatch
n
n
Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
Receive, unload, and store incoming goods and materials
n
Maintain inventory records and assist with stocktakes
n
Prepare bulk wholesale orders and support peak sales periods
n
n
Packaging & Presentation
n
n
Build and assemble products, packaging, gift packs, and bundles
n
Ensure all products meet Whif's presentation standards
n
n
General
n
n
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
n




Follow all health and safety procedures
n
Provide great service to internal and external stakeholders
n
Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required
n
n
What we're looking for:
n
n
Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or logistics environment, preferably in a similar role
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
Good communication and interpersonal skills
n
A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
n
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
n
Forklift license is preferred
n
