Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager
As a Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager, you'll work closely with our Project Lead, helping manage the moving parts of a project. Your day would be all about supporting the project delivery.
Key responsibilities
Building & maintaining strong relationships with clients and the wider project team
Working with clients and designers to develop design and tender documentation
Supporting project planning, budgeting, procurement, and scheduling
Collaborating with builders, clients, and consultants through the construction process to solve problems
Contributing to the successful delivery of real-world projects
About you
A recent graduate from a field like construction, engineering, project management, or business
Someone with work experience in business, procurement, contract administration, or construction
Motivated, curious, and capable of managing multiple tasks at once
Great with people, written communication, and technology (Word, Excel, etc.)
Calm under pressure and keen to build a long-term career
A current driver's licence
Full working rights in Australia required
Bonus (But not required)
Experience in construction,



engineering, or property-related roles
Familiarity with project tools (like Procore or Microsoft Project)
