Job Description
Aleadingglobaltechnology-drivenorganisationislookingforanexperiencedTechnicalRecruitertojointheirhigh-performingTalentteam.
Thisisanopportunitytopartnercloselywithseniorstakeholdersinafast-paced,engineering-ledenvironment,supportingthehiringoftoptechnicaltalentacrossthebusiness.Theorganisationoperatesinahighlycollaborativeanddata-drivensetting,wherequality,innovation,andperformanceareatthecoreofeverythingtheydo.
Therolewillseeyoutakeownershipofthefullrecruitmentlifecycle,includingsourcingstrategy,marketmapping,headhuntingpassivetalent,stakeholdermanagement,interviewing,offermanagement,anddeliveringanexceptionalcandidateexperience.

Marketmappingandproactivetalentpipelining
Providinginsightsandrecommendationsusingrecruitmentdata




Coachingstakeholdersonhiringbestpracticeandprocessimprovement
Deliveringahigh-touchcandidateexperiencefrominitialengagementthroughtoofferstage
About you:
Provenexperienceinend-to-endrecruitmentwithintechnology,financialservices,orprofessionalservicesenvironments
Strongsourcingandheadhuntingcapability
Comfortableoperatinginahigh-performance,rapid-pacedenvironment
Excellentstakeholdermanagementandinfluencingskills
ExperienceusingLinkedInRecruiterandATSplatformssuchasGreenhousehighlyregarded
