What you'll be doing:
Leading our front-of-house team
Delivering exceptional customer experiences
Supporting restaurant, bar and brewery operations
Training and mentoring staff
Assisting with rosters, stock control and daily operations
Helping deliver functions, live music and special events
Working alongside management to grow the business
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous hospitality leadership experience
Loves great food,
great beer and great people
Leads by example with a positive attitude
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Has strong organisational and communication skills
Holds a current RSA (essential)
Is available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
