Job Description
JobDescription:
preferably with 5 years experience.
KeyResponsibilities
Test Strategy & Planning:Define and implement testingstrategies, methodologies, and tools, including automation frameworks.
Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and coordinate testingefforts, allocating tasks to analysts.




Execution & Monitoring:Oversee test execution, ensuringtesting aligns with project requirements and timelines.
DefectManagement:Identify,document, and track defects,conducting root cause analysis for issues.
Stakeholder Reporting:Provide regular updates on testingprogress, risks, and quality metrics to managers and clients.
RequiredSkills and Qualifications
Experience:Proven experience as a Test Lead or senior TestAnalyst, often 3+ years.
TechnicalSkills:Understandingof manual/automated testingtools (e.g., Selenium,Azure Test Plans,ServiceNow ATF).
Methodologies:Strongknowledge of Agile, Scrum, orWaterfallframeworks.
Soft Skills:Excellent leadership, communication, analytical,and problem-solving skills.
