Rustica Highpoint is seeking an experienced Barista to join our busy café team.
This role suits a confident barista who is passionate about coffee and can consistently deliver high-quality drinks and service.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of Barista experience
Expert in latte art and precision pouring techniques
Team-focused with good communication skills
Customer-oriented with a skilled attitude
Reliable, proactive, and able to work under pressure
Weekend availability essential
Duties Include:
Preparing specialty coffee to a high standard, including latte art
Ensuring smooth and productive service during shifts
Assisting with stock control and daily tasks
