Daylesford Hotel, a beloved pub in Daylesford, seeks a Chef de Partie – Pizza to lead the pizza section with passion.
You will oversee dough prep, fermentation, shaping, toppings, and cooking for high-volume service in a hospitable environment.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a skilled kitchen, at least 1 year on pizza, and a culinary qualification.
You'll work in a team that values quality, consistency, and hospitality.
